TERMS OF SERVICE
^{Commissioning me means you've understood and accepted my terms and conditions}General
-Most of my work is made live on Twitch, If you require an NDA, a privacy fee applies (+50% of the totally price)
-You may not use my work for NTFs or AI training
-All commissions are digital products
-The commissioner and I both agree to keep potential personal and /or sensitive information exchanged privateProcess
-The commissioner must provide a reference sheet of their character (A Pinterest board with clear informations is also viable)-The commissioner will receive a first draft for approval
-If necessary, the commissioner will receive a second or even third draft for approval

-The commissioner then be sent the lineart and base colors for approval
-The commissioner will finally be sent the final art

-I require 15% of the base price sent before starting any commission
-The prices listed are only the base prices. Prices may be higher depending on the complexity of the request
-Payments must be submitted within 6 days of the invoice being sent.Revisions
-A total of 3 free major revisions are allowed during the sketching phase. Any additional revisions done after the sketching phase or after 3 major revisions are made will cost extra.
(Ex: Changing a character's pose, changing a complex background...)
-Smaller revisions are unlimited
(Ex: Adjusting colors, changing a character's facial expression...)Deadline and delivery
-Smaller drawings (Emotes, Headshoots...) can take me up to two weeks to complete
-Illustration work can take up from 1 to 2 month to complete
-Live2d Model can take up from 2 to 4 months to complete
-The final artwork/files will be sent only when I have received the full paymentUse
-Commercial use such as, Prints, Merch, etc... will add +100% of the commission price. (base price + 100% of the original price)

-Other uses like, Profile pictures, PC Wallpaper, Social Media Banner, or any none profit uses are NOT considered Commercial Use.Intellectual Property Rights
-Credit is required when using my work.
-I retain the rights to any commissioned works, and to use them in my
portfolio and/or showcase them on social mediaRefunds
-After the commission is started, no refunds can be issued.
-If I terminate the commission for any reason, a full refund will be issuedCommunication
